At Crowns Gym, we’ve focused on creating a fitness and wellness space that gives you plenty of ways to train, recover and switch off — without needing to swim 20 lengths first.
Our gym floor is packed with equipment for strength and conditioning, while our dedicated spaces offer everything from functional training and combat sports to yoga and Pilates.
Fancy something high-energy? Try boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, TRX or one of our conditioning classes.
Prefer something a little more restorative? Our wellness offering includes sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy, alongside yoga, Pilates and recovery treatments.
And yes, you can still get sweaty. Just not chlorinated.

While we might not have a swimming pool, Crowns Gym Beckenham is designed to be much more than somewhere you simply lift weights.
