Crowns Gym in Beckenham offers a variety of classes, including Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, MMA, HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, and Self-Defense for Women. Each class is designed to suit all fitness levels.
Yes! Our fitness classes are tailored for beginners and experienced participants. Our professional instructors ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident.
Booking a class at Crowns Gym is easy! Use our online system or mobile app to secure your spot.
Most classes are included in your Crowns Gym membership. Check our membership plans for full details and options.
We provide yoga mats and other necessary equipment, but for hygiene reasons, members are encouraged to bring their own gear, such as boxing gloves, and other personal items. Please also bring comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle.
Classes generally last between 45 and 60 minutes, offering an efficient workout within a convenient time frame. For those seeking a greater challenge, we also offer 90-minute classes to push your limits.
While we don’t offer standard trials, we do occasionally have special promotions with exclusive trial days. Additionally, we offer our Royal Day Pass, which gives you access to our facilities for a day. For more details on our Day Pass options, please contact Reception.
We welcome all ages! Some classes, like self-defense and martial arts, are suitable for teens and younger participants. Contact us for age-specific recommendations.
