Crowns Barbell Pump is a high-rep, low-weight strength class inspired by Body Pump. It focuses on full-body conditioning using barbells and plates to sculpt, tone, and build muscular endurance — all set to energising music.
Not at all! This class is beginner-friendly. Our instructors will guide you through each movement and help you choose the right weight. You’ll build confidence and strength safely.

You’ll use a barbell with adjustable weight plates and a step platform for certain moves. Everything you need is provided — just show up and lift!
Barbell Pump is a full-body workout. You’ll train your legs, chest, back, arms, shoulders, and core — with a different focus track for each muscle group.
Each session is 45–50 minutes and moves through choreographed tracks, with short breaks between sets.
Wear comfortable gym gear and supportive trainers. Bring water, and a towel if you want one — you’ll sweat!
Absolutely. You can adjust the weight or range of motion based on your fitness level. Our instructors offer options for beginners and advanced lifters alike.
2–3 times per week is a great start to build strength and see progress. It also pairs well with cardio or recovery classes.
