The cold plunge is exclusively available to King Members aged 18 and over. It’s part of our spa and recovery offering, designed to support post-workout recovery and overall well-being.

Yes. The cold plunge is part of the spa area and must be booked in advance through the Crowns Gym app or at reception. Bookings are in 30-minute slots, with a maximum of 2 consecutive slots per person (1 hour total).

Our plunge pool is designed for up to 2 people at a time. Please respect others’ space and observe proper etiquette when sharing the pool.
