Yes! The class is scalable for all fitness levels. Our trainers offer modifications and support to ensure everyone can take part, whether you’re just starting or already advanced.

Please bring a water bottle, towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and suitable training shoes. All equipment will be provided.
