Our Junior Jiu-Jitsu program (ages 7 – 10) offers a structured environment where young students build confidence, focus, and practical self-defence through technique-based training. With controlled partner drills and positional work, they improve balance, coordination, and body awareness — all while staying active and engaged.

Led by experienced coaches, each class focuses on movement, control, and calm under pressure in a safe and respectful setting. Alongside the physical benefits, juniors develop discipline, patience, and resilience — skills they carry into everyday life.

Our Teen Jiu-Jitsu program (ages 11 – 16) offers a focused environment where young athletes build confidence, discipline, and practical self-defence through advanced, technique-based training.
