Our MMA classes combine elements of striking, grappling, and conditioning. You’ll develop skills from disciplines like boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a high-energy, structured environment.
Not at all. Our MMA sessions are suitable for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Our coaches will tailor drills and partner work to your level.
We recommend bringing:

Shin guards (optional for beginners, required for sparring)

Sparring is optional and only done under instructor supervision. Beginners will focus on technique and pad work before progressing to controlled sparring sessions.
Comfortable workout clothing or rash guards/shorts made for combat sports are ideal. No zips or metal components, please.
All MMA classes take place in The Chamber — our fully equipped martial arts space with padded floors, bags, and all necessary gear for striking and grappling.
Yes. Our instructors focus on technique, control, and safety first. All sessions are progressive and scaled to your level.
Yes – MMA classes are included in King and Queen memberships, and can also be booked via ClassPass or PAYG.
