This November, for Men’s Mental Health Month, we committed to more than just reps and sets. At Crowns Gym, we believe true strength is holistic. We dedicated this month to equipping our Kings with the tools to fortify their minds just as powerfully as they fortify their bodies.
Our goal was simple: to blend physical training with mental resilience, offering a diverse, impactful calendar designed to support every man in our community.
Here’s a look back at the journey we shared:
1. 🧘♂️ Moving Inward: Mobility & Mindfulness
We kicked off the month by reconnecting mind and muscle. Crowns Coach Billy led a dedicated Men’s Mobility session, allowing our guys to move their way into not just a better physical position, but a clearer mental space. This focus on functional movement set the stage for deeper transformation.
A week later, we delved even deeper with a powerful Mindset Workout. Hosted by the incredible Mental Fitness Trainer Ted Lawlor, this session used the power of hypnotherapy and breathwork to unlock the inner confidence of every attendee. Ted also shared practical, daily resilience tips across our social channels, extending the impact beyond the gym floor.
2. 🗣️ The Power of the Platform: Vulnerability & Community
While expert guidance is crucial, we know the real heavy lifting happens when men feel safe to connect. It was essential for us to provide a genuine platform for open dialogue.
This is where our unique collaboration with Men’s Circle came in. This powerful session offered an opportunity to get vulnerable, share openly, and build vital connections with like-minded men—a reminder that you never have to face a challenge alone.
3. 🥊 Finishing Strong: Elite Performance & Wellness
We are closing off this transformative month with two exclusive, high-value events to cement the gains:
An exclusive Boxing seminar with the legendary four-time World Champion Boxer Carl Froch, bringing elite mindset and discipline training to our floor.
A crucial ‘Mood & Microbiome’ workshop with Star Freud Wellness, focusing on the foundational link between gut health, nutrition, and mental well-being.
A Kingdom Built on Conversation
These dedicated events are, of course, a supplement to the constant, supportive, and honest daily conversations we have with every member on the gym floor.
