This workshop is all about coming home to your body. Through a flowing sequence of evidence-based somatic practices – including mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding techniques – you’ll learn how to tune into your body’s natural wisdom. These gentle yet powerful practices are designed to help you shake off tension, release stored stress, and feel more present in your everyday life.

Mindset Workouts
Think of this as a workout for your nervous system and your mindset. In this group session, you’ll experience HypnoBreathwork meditation – a blend of breathwork, hypnosis, and guided visualisation. This powerful practice helps to reset the nervous system, clear mental clutter, and rewire thought patterns that may be holding you back.
It’s not about “switching off” but rather creating space for new, positive perspectives to emerge. Many participants find these sessions deeply restorative, leaving them lighter, calmer, and more focused.
